Kenosha’s five-story, 364-space parking ramp is located on a 0.75-acre, city-owned parcel on Eighth Avenue in downtown Kenosha. The project also includes street-level mixed-use retail space, street lighting, car charging stations, security cameras, and concrete surface treatment.
