Findorff has completed several projects with the 115th Fighter Wing Wisconsin Air National Guard.

The Truax Field Building 404 project provided an updated and properly configured facility to maximize efficient pilot workflows through renovations and two small additions. The location includes a secure F-16 simulator area and a maximum security vault space.

The existing two-bay hangar was demolished in February 2023 and a new three-bay hangar was constructed in July 2024. The 31,000-square-foot facility includes offices, bathrooms, locker rooms with six showers, a paint booth room, a tool room, dirty and clean rooms, five mechanical rooms, two laundry rooms, and a mother's room.
